New Target

Ok...I found my new target at last...Finally...aft some period of targetless life...
NoNoNo...Dun get me wrong...not in de sense of a new gurl...
I mean a new target in life..4 those who r constant reader will know that I lose some targets aft my secondary sch time ended
and I have been quite sort of moodless and was lyk a "headless" chicken??
So let me annouce wat it is then...
Other than Jesus as my goal(although not doing that well...but still constantly trying my best 2 achieve it)
I now aim 2 achieve a "perfect body"...
hahax...those who r close 2 me will know that I have lost some muscles due 2 O lvl
and also 2 de fact that I have become lazy and stop trng my body...
But...I`m trying my best now 2 achieve more than wat I use 2 be...
Ever seen pictures of guys with 6 pack and well built muscles??
Thats my aim!!I`m gonna work 2wards it and deadline will be b4 poly start...
Thats de time I set 4 myself 2 achieve it!!
and once I get my body built up well enough...de beaches will be my regular spot??
lol...mayb I can even go and get a lifeguard license??
Wee~I`m waiting eagerly 4 that 2 happen!!
4 those who want 2 achieve a well built body too...here`s my way of trng...=)
1)50 push-ups(dun push urself too much...get up 4 awhile when u can`t take it)
2)60 sit ups(advice 2 go left and right while going up and without any leg support)
3)skipping = 300 and above(every 50 or 100,stop and take deep breathes....dun take too long though...about 10 seconds thats all) 4)jump and touch de ceiling 50 times continously(make sure every jump is ur highest!!)
*)train every alt day...u body nd some rest too!!
