Superb tired by 2dae siong trng...
Omg...intensity was increase and rest time was even lesser...
Instead of 30 secs trng & 30 sec rest...
Now it's 45 sec trng & 15 sec rest...
Siong Siong Siong Siong ah...
Esp bicep curl and de tricep trng...
My hands r certainly turning jelly there...

Ok...that's all 4 2dae...
& I`m still eating hard and training hard...=)
