Back from DIEM adventure learning Camp...

Seriously tough and challenging...Definitely de hardest camp out of all my 7 experience...

Just a brief summary...


Day 1

  1. arrive 8.30am
  2. Jerry can ~ "killer" (25 liters)
  3. About 8-10km of hike in heavy rain with about 15kg of backpack for 5 hours
  4. Tent pitching
  5. Field cooking in extreme dark
  6. KPKB nonsense by "China Gang"
  7. F**king lots of ants and mosquito bite *aft heavy rain sia*
  8. Round up of Injuries: Left Shoulder blade, 10 Fingers

Day 2

  1. Woke up @ 3plus, then 4 plus, and finally 5.15am
  2. Unpitch tent @ that time (saw tarantula spider on our tent...and look extremely poisonous)
  3. All tents and backpack ready as plan by 6.40am
  4. Set off 2 collect kayak
  5. Inform 2 be navigator(lead) for the cohort
  6. kayak from 8.45am till ard 12.30pm
  7. Partner down means I kayak alone 4 more than half de journey
  8. 12.30pm return and many fuck up guys who pretend and din help with the others kayak
  9. Area cleaning and hiking back to jetty again from 1.30pm till ard 3pm (3-4km)
  10. Reach sch @ ard 4pm for final clean up
  11. Debrief and head off @ 5.30pm

Ended up with addtional injuries --> Swell back, 30-40 "love" bite, wrist


Camp definitely allow me 2 see lots of true color...

Many fuckers whom are onli good @ "acting" and nothing else...

Finally understand what a follower sees in a leader thru this camp...

And to all those actors...Wake up man!
